主要是集多弧离子、中频溅射、磁控技术于一体，可适应广泛镀膜靶材，无论金属还是其它化合材料介质都可以利用溅射工艺进行镀膜及成膜. 设备由可编程序控制器（PLC）+触摸屏（HMI）组合成电气控制系统，实现全自动控制。
该设备是一种高效、无污染离子镀膜设备，具有沉积速度快、离化率高、离子能量大、操作简单，成本低、生产量大等优点。

产品应用
主要应用于五金件(工模具、量刃具、轴承、丝锥)、活塞环、钟表、卫浴洁具、餐具、手机金属壳、工艺品、陶瓷、玻璃、马赛克等，膜层品种丰富（单一金属或合金），既可以作为功能性膜层镀膜设备，提高产品使用寿命，同时亦可进行装饰性镀膜，提高产品的外观质量，使其表面得到既美观又耐磨的装饰性涂层，可镀制颜色有金色、黑色、彩色等多种色系。
Coating Applications
LONG & SHINE (L&S) coated products mainly used in hardware (tooling, cutting tools, bearing, taps), piston rings, watches, sanitary, tableware, metal crafts, mobile phone shell, ceramic, glass, mosaic, film variety (single metal or alloy) which can be used as a functional membrane layer coating equipment. The vacuum coating makes the product longer service lift, and make it nice in the appearance and beauty on the surface with varies coloring such as gold, black, multi-colors.
